The space Please note that Unit 2 is a self-contained apartment and not the entire house. For your comfort and convenience, Unit 2 provides one dedicated garage space, and the second parking option is located on the concrete pad in the rear, guaranteeing the safety and welfare of your vehicle. We kindly ask our guests to make use of the designated parking and avoid using the driveway. ➜ IMPORTANT NOTE: It's crucial to be aware that there's just ONE parking space accessible in the parking garage for each reservation. Guest access Your security and ease of access are important to us, which is why we've equipped the unit with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Other things to note We understand that your pets are a part of your family, and they are welcome here. Note: Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets. Proximity: Situated in the heart of Cleveland. We're conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, making it an ideal spot for those with appointments or visits to the hospital. Games: We've provided three board games – Connect 4, Yahtzee, and Sorry – for some indoor fun with friends and family. This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don't forget to log out before checkout for your security. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our triplex home is designed to make your stay in Cleveland comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need. HOUSE RULES ➜ Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests. ➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued. ➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. ➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. ➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission. ➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. ➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. ➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. ➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. ➜ Please avoid moving furniture.
