Coco Townhomes are a spacious, luxurious, three story townhouse the is located directly on the white sands of Playa Coco, 17km south of San Juan del Sur. Our homes sleeps eight guests, comfortably in four well appointed bedrooms. With 2.5 bathrooms, hot water, A/C, a modern well equipped cooks kitchen, a dedicated eating area for eight, living room, outside lounge and grill, wifi, secure parking and onsite security- you need not look any further for the perfect beach house for your getaway. Guests have access to the beautiful, shared ocean front pool if you aren't feeling like a dip in the ocean. You are welcome to grab a hammock to laze away an afternoon in the shared hammock garden. Located on the main level of the is the comfy media room with plenty of seating, a large tv and stylish decor. Open the doors to allow the ocean breeze to flow in the screened area. Just outside the main living area is a cozy outdoor patio with plenty of seating and partial ocean views. Our location means that you'll want to bring some of Nicaragua's ultra fresh ingredients to prepare in our well appointed kitchen. All the tools you need are right at your hands. Prep on the stove or grill on the BBQ. Then enjoy your dinner at the long, wooden family table, with ample serving dishes and plates for 8 people! The main level is open concept so you can keep an eye on the children or join in the conversation if you are making dinner, or reading outside on the porch. On the second level you will find the three of four bedrooms. The queen and twin bedrooms share a large, modern bathroom with hot water. The rooms are appointed with soft linens, top quality mattresses fans and A/C for your comfort. Across the hall sits the master suite with king bed, patio and private ensuite bathroom with hot water. Climb the stairs up just a little farther you will find the spacious fourth bedroom with private patio space. Note- each bedroom has AC to ensure you get the best sleep possible. Please note the posted rate is for four guests or less and additional fees apply to additional people. Guest access The whole home is yours to use exclusively- no sharing! Common areas include the pool and of course the beach! Other things to note In order to reduce our carbon footprint and manage high electricity bills rentals come with an allowance of 40 kwhs per day. Any overage will incur a fee of 50 cents (dollars) per kwh. This is never an issue as long as you are mindful of keeping windows and door closed when A/C is in use and to turn off A/C on floors when not occupied. No parties allowed. No smoking / Pets in the unit. Do not move furniture on the green common area. Home should be left in broom swept condition with all pots and pans cleaned. Noise levels after 10 PM should be respectful of neighbors. For 4 or more weekly rentals (due to the steep discount given) - we allow $300 worth of electricity usage - which is 600 kwhs of electricity - anything over that will be charged at 50 cents (dollars) per kwh deducted from the security deposit.
