In addition to the view of the high mountains, it is only about 30 minutes by car to Sun Moon Lake by car, you can see the beautiful lakeside, and 10 minutes to the Bunon tribe (Damaru), you can experience the original culture right away, and even better, there is a gentle stream just in front of the cottage, and only a minute's walk to the creekside water and catch small fish shrimp. Welcome to Lanka Cabin, a tiny house retreat in Hualien. It’s near the road with easy access and a gentle stream. This Hualien stay is about 30 minutes from Sun Moon Lake and 10 minutes from the Bunun tribe. Enjoy modern comforts in a serene outdoor setting. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you. Other things to note What you need to know for guests - 免費飲用水 - 晚上 10 點過後至早上 7 點，請輕聲細語。 - 禁止未經登記的訪客入內。 - 限攜帶一隻寵物入內 。 - 營區禁止吸菸。 - 房客需自備食物和水。 - 請勿將孩子獨自留在營地區。 - 寵物不可上床上和沙發，退房前請將寵物毛髮及排泄物清理乾淨。 - 我們是寵物友善住宿，寵物入住須知將於房客抵達前寄發。 - 延長住宿時間或延遲退房將收取額外費用露營地政策。 - 再次懇請各位房客在晚上 10 點後別大聲喧嘩，靜靜享受這靜謐的環境。若收到噪音投訴，必要時可能會需要請違規方離開露營地，且不退還任何費用。 【營地規範】 - 禁止亂丟菸蒂，請妥善處理。 - 房客應負起入住期間發生的損壞負責。 - 請妥善處理垃圾，做好垃圾分類並倒入各別的垃圾與回收桶。 - 嚴禁煙火、麻將和卡拉 OK，一經發現，必要時會請您離開營區。 - 房客不得攜帶高耗能產品，以免造成停電。 【安全指南】 - 禁止攀爬樹木和登山脊。 - 車輛進出營地時請減速慢行。 - 山區日夜溫差大，請注意防寒保暖。 - 要烤肉和營火時，請在非草地區域使用烤肉架，請勿直接對地面上點火，也不要將熱鍋或水放在草皮上。 【重要注意事項】 - 離開微型屋時請記得關窗鎖門，保障安全 - 微型屋坐落於自然環境中，可能有野生動物出沒 - 離開微型屋時請務必關閉電燈、冷氣和電子設備（如：充電器） - Free potable water - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Pets are allowed but are limited to 1 pet only - No smoking allowed inside/outside the tiny house - Guests are required to bring their own food and water - Please do not leave your children unattended inside/outside camp - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings - Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge 【Campsite policies】 - Dropping of cigarette butts is not allowed, please dispose of them properly - Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay at the camp. - Please dispose of your garbage properly by sorting it into the designated trash cans at this campsite. - Fireworks, mahjong, and karaoke are strictly prohibited. Anyone caught participating will be asked to leave. - Guests are prohibited to bring high-power-consumption products to bring high-power-consumption items to avoid power outages 【Guest Advisory】 - We kindly request all guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all. However, if we receive noise complaints, we may need to ask the offending party to leave the campsite without any refund. 【Safety guidelines】 - Climbing of trees and ridges is not allowed. - Please slow down when the vehicle enters or exits the campsite. - Keep in mind that temperatures in mountainous places vary greatly between day and night; please bring warm clothing as it can get chilly. - For BBQ and campfires, please use the fire platform in non-grass areas and don't light the fire directly on the ground or put hot pots or water on the turf.
