Very quiet building, quiet and with many shops and transportation nearby. 500 meters from the toucuman station of the D line of the subway. 300 meters from Avenida Cabildo (Metrobus). Close to Chinatown ( 20 min. by foot ) Area full of cinemas, restaurants, business. 15 minutes by subway to the Palermo neighborhood. The space Our Department is a very functional, warm and quiet space. It is located in a commercial area of Buenos Aires. There are pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance and we are happy to recommend everything you need to know. It's a very safe area. We are 3 blocks from Av. Cabildo where many collective lines pass and 5 blocks from Subte D that reaches the center of the City. They will have our contact and we will be available for whatever they need during your stay. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor (by staircase) of a very quiet building. We will arrange a meeting time for check-in and we will be waiting to receive them and welcome them. Other things to note Access to the apartment is by stairs (second floor), there is NO elevator. The area is very safe!
