The space 1st Floor: There is a newly renovated bathroom with 2 shower heads and heated floors. The kitchen is well appointed and set to cook for 1 or 20 and includes a breakfast nook and space to serve cocktails or food.The parlour is charming and equiped with excellent speakers. The family room has 2 couches for napping, visiting or yoga. The formal dining table is situated in the library with room for 12. The first floor bedroom opening connects to the family room and has a king bed wardrobe and desk. Laundry room is accessible. The 3 season porch is everyone's favorites. 2nd Floor: Up the spiral staircase you will find 3 main bedrooms. The primary room has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom. And additional king room and queen room share the use of a 2nd seperate full bathroom. All beds are brand new, plush, with delux linens, ample blankets and pillows for all. Guest access Guests have access to the whole 1st floor and the majority of the 2nd. Please note that there are steep spiral staircases, steps to everything and steam raditors and all sorts of delicate items. This property is not suitable for unattended children, babes or toddlers without taking your own preventative care. The main bedroom is on the first floor with easy access to most of the house once you tackle the 5 steps into the porch. There is off street parking for at least 3 cars. Access is though the side porch via coded lock. Due to the shifting nature of a 150 year old brick home, a little pull and hip may be needed. Other things to note * We require all guests to sign our rental agreement after booking * This is not a party house. Although we are willing to approve small gatherings or daytime use, the house is not to be used for events. And all guests must be registered with us for use. This is an antique house of nearly 150 years old. Please anticipate historical quirks.The stairs will creak, the windows will rattle when it's windy and the radiators will clank when picking up steam. Earplugs for a light sleeper and cozy layers for those that run cold are encouraged. Slippers suggested.
