Welcome to Carole’s Cozy Cottage! Only 3 miles away from Freed-Hardeman University and downtown Henderson, this home is very close to all restaurants, shops, boutiques, and other things that Henderson and Chester County have to offer. It is also 15 minutes away from downtown Jackson and 25 minutes off of I-40. This 1,000 sq foot inviting house, built in 2021, is a 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with an open floor plan. The space The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 people with a queen bed in the bedroom, a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top in the dining area, and a fold-out couch with a queen mattress in the living room. The kitchen includes quartz counter tops, gas oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and automatic dishwasher. The living room has a 70” smart TV and the bedroom has a 40” smart TV. There are also two separate spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The front porch has a 60” smart TV, comfortable seating, and a full-size Blackstone griddle. There is also a half-bath with entrance on the front porch. This bathroom also doubles as a storm shelter in case of inclement weather. On the back of the house is a cozy deck with comfortable seating and a beautiful lake view. The house is next to the host’s family home and includes a private driveway and off-street parking. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and hand soap provided. The kitchen comes equipped with cookware, dishes, silverware, and serving utensils. Dishwashing detergent, paper towels, hand soap, coffee pods, and assorted snacks are also provided. Guest access There are three entrances to the home. The front porch and side entrance have digital locks. You will have your own code to come and go as you please. Other things to note Access to the swimming pool in the summer will be discussed between the homeowner and guest. Certain days the pool will not be available.
