Our home is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 full bath adorned with new furnishings, a stocked kitchen, local seasonings and coffee, nestled in the heart of a quiet neighborhood. With the Civic Center just 1 mile away, Downtown Houma 3 miles down the street, The New Sports Complex 4 miles to the west, and Swamp tours and fishing just down the bayou, you will be blown away with Houma's southern charm. The space Our elegant home is cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary essentials. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove & oven, pot & pans, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, drinking glasses & wine glasses, knives, microwave, toaster & dishwasher. The coffee bar holds a coffee pot, French press, tea kettle, coffee, tea, creamer & sugar to get you started. The laundry room holds a full size washer & dryer, a few washing pods, table top ironing board, iron and a high chair. The two full baths have a tub/shower combo, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer. You will also find hotel quality bath, hand and face towels in each bathroom. All beds feature new mattress', mattress covers and quality bedding. Outdoors is a covered patio, a small seating area and an outdoor gas grill. Guest access The home is on a Boulevard assessable from a front and rear entrance. Parking is available on the front street and in the rear of the home under a covered patio. The rear driveway is long enough for three cars. Other things to note The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We request all guest respect our neighbors, quiet hours after 10pm, no gatherings or parties, and no smoking in the home.
