Paradise isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Ayuuk apartment is a small "studio" that has the necessary amenities for a couple or small family to enjoy an intimate and pleasant stay. Ayuuk is inside a former hacienda that has 5 villas and shared common areas: pool, fruit gardens, palapa, porch, parking and more. It is located 30 to 35 minutes from the city of Oaxaca. The space Ayuuk is developed in a single room in an organized way, it consists of a room with 2 double beds, kitchen, minibar, bathroom and basic cooking utensils. My favorite place is the balcony because you can sit and read with a nice cup of coffee or sleep in the hammock for several hours. The pool, gardens and palapa are common areas, it is not heated, in spring and summer the water is warm to warm, however in autumn and winter the water is cold. The house offers a quality rural tourism and ideal for long stays. Guest access Guests have access to common areas such as the pool, palapa with barbecue, parking, porch in front of the pool as a lounging area. It is important to respect service schedules to maintain a healthy distance, due to the COVID-19 contingency. Other things to note Daily cleaning of the house is not included and has a cost of $250 pesos for each day if you wish to request it. The general cleaning fee reflected in the application is the one for the check-out time and is a single amount that does not change in relation to the length of the stay.
