The house has an exit to the canal and is only accessible via a speed boat. The space The house is a private two-story chalet with a private pool and an open-air concept living area and kitchen. Five bedrooms: each bedroom holds two twin beds Two bathrooms Multiple seating areas for a large group Two dining tables, one within the house and one outdoor dining table This house is an all-time Caribbean style home in Guatemala! Guest access The entire house will be available to the guest. Other things to note Please note: We have a maid who can cook during your stay for a charge of Q150 per day, which covers from 8 am to 5 pm. Just bring the food you want and they will take care of the cooking so you can enjoy your vacation. No TV (off to the sea, take a break from the screens) If you are looking for something more luxurious, we have other properties available. Feel free to inquire. The house has an exit to the canal and is ONLY accessible via a speedboat. We will share the location coordinate 5 days before your arrival. Parking is off-site. We have partnered with a local parking lot where you can park your car and the speed boat will pick you up. Parking is Q40 per night, paid directly to the attendant.
