Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourselves including a Self Check-in system. Other things to note We cant wait to host you in our wonderful apartment! - Please note that parties and loud music are not allowed in this peaceful residential area. - For your Safety our properties have security systems at the access point to the property - Any Tampering with the security system will result in a £250 penalty fee. - Any disturbances will result in a £250 penalty fee. - A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys. - Our property is professionally maintained and cleaned after every guest checks out. - For security and insurance purposes, we require the full names of all guests and the lead guest's valid photo ID prior to check-in.
