It is a perfect get-away home to enjoy Raystown Lake Recreation, hunting, hiking, swimming, boating or simply relaxing by the fire in the heart of the great outdoors. The space The property was totally renovated in 2023 with all the modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, one with queen and futon, one with single and futon. The main living area has IKEA queen sofa bed, a futon and an over stuffed 1970’s easy chair (it’s so comfy, that’s where I sleep.) There is a fully stocked kitchen with two full-size refrigerators, two microwaves, spring water dispenser, stove, oven, toaster oven, mixer, blender, crock pot, dishes, pots and pans, and cleaning supplies High-speed Internet with two Wi-Fi access points for full coverage inside and out, a 50" Samsung smart TV, computer with 32 inch monitor and hookups for a notebook, HP color printer, and Bluetooth speakers. The Massive back porch has a dining table that seats ten and a bar table that seats four, overlooking a huge fire pit area with four natural tree benches. The propane gas grill and charcoal smoker edge the space on a natural stone patio. The wood lean is well stocked for nights of campfires, s’mores, hot dogs and popcorn. There is on-property parking for ten vehicles. Guest access The property is designed for self-service access. A Smart lock on the front door provides access with the code provided after reservation. A Security camera and automatic lighting are at both entrances to the house. Other things to note The nighttime configuration will accommodate 7 beds. There are cots, sleeping bags, and blankets to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. If your group is larger than 7, you may want to provide your own sleeping gear for the additional guests.
