The space 40' long container with over 8' high ceilings, there is a bathroom, a kitchenette, a sofa/TV area, bedroom with queen bed, desk for working, double glass patio doors, private deck, and fenced in yard with nice ambiance from the nighttime solar lights. Guest access you will have the entire studio, fenced yard and deck area, we do not allow hanging out in driveway ( when not coming or going ) because the driveway is a common shared area with us and other guests Other things to note If traveling with DOGS you MUST add that to your reservation as there is a pet fee, If we see unanounced dogs we will charge you the fee during your stay. Sorry but we do not allow CATS, Dog rules: 1. dogs must be crated if leaving them unattended in studio ( we have a medium sized crate but need to know in advance if you need to use ours 2. dogs must be on leash when not in fenced patio, this includes driveway and if walking around neighborhood. The driveway is a shared spave with other guests and ourselves so we cannot have unleashed dogs running around no matter how well behaved they are. 3. you are responsible for picking up dog poop with the provided poop bags and throwing out in the outside trash cans to keep the patio area clean
