Interaction with us can be as much or little as you desire, feel free to enjoy the gardens and surrounding areas, we will be around somewhere if you need assistance or want a chat. Of course Monet (Like the painter) our Dog is the official property greeter. Quiet secluded location with no near neighbors and limited drive by traffic. Situated on a rural 25 acre property surrounded by hills and adjacent to the Avon River. Numerous bird and wildlife to enjoy. Historic church 2 min walk away. Both Northam and Toodyay have many cafe's, restaurants and hotels to choose from, offering a wide range of food and drink to suit your tastes. No public transport, but taxi's will come out from Northam. Easy 10 - 15 min drive to both Northam and Toodyay.
