Other things to note ~ Communication ~ We pride ourselves on our communication - our remote guest success team are on hand 7 days per week, until 1am every evening. Prior to your arrival, our guest success team will be in touch to ensure all your questions and requests are taken care of ahead of your stay. ~ Check-in ~ Check-in is from 4pm onwards. ~ Deposits ~ Please note, we may require a refundable deposit for this booking. If you wish to bring any animals to the property, we will have to take a mandatory $300 deposit. ~ FAQs ~ Q. Are there restaurants/bars nearby? A. There is a bar and restaurant on-site, serving both soft and alcoholic drinks as well as a relaxed food menu. There is also a great selection of neighbouring restaurants & bars, just a short walk along the tranquil beach. Anna of Zanzibar is just 2 mins’ walk along the beach. Dongwe Club is a 10-minute walk along the beach; and lastly for a more relaxed and casual local eating spot, there is Fisher’s - roughly 10 mins’ walk along the beach. For more restaurants, bars and nightlife, there is Bwejuu (10-min drive) and Paje (12-min drive). Q. Are there shops nearby? A. There are a few local shops within a few minutes’ drive from villa, and other larger shops in Paje itself (12-min drive). Q. Is the area safe? A. The island of Zanzibar is generally very safe, making it a popular destination for tourists. The plot also comes with 24/7 security and CCTV to provide that extra peace of mind! Q. What’s the best way of getting around on the island? A. There's a good network of taxis that operate on the island - which can be booked over the phone.We would recommend hiring a car if possible (although not totally required), If you'd prefer this option, we’re able to help facilitate this for you. ~ Other ~ Kindly bear in mind Zanzibar is a developing island, which means that we sometimes deal with power cuts. We do our ultimate best to minimise this, but would like to make you aware that it is out of our control and unavoidable sometimes.
