The space Originally designed as a four-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment, we have reconfigured the space to enhance its functionality. It is now a three-bedroom apartment with two and a half bathrooms. The third bedroom is utilized as a utility room and is kept locked. Our apartment features complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi, along with a 40” Sony Smart TV in the rear suite and a 50" Sony Smart TV in the living room. Both equipped with a Roku streaming media player. Fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine for laundry needs. Bedroom Details Rear Bedroom: This room includes a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, ample closet space, and a 40" smart TV equipped with a Roku streaming media player. It offers direct access to the rear exterior terrace. Front Bedroom: This room features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space. It also provides direct access to the front exterior terrace.
