A large area to the front that is available for use by guests and is ideal for families. Guest access You will have full and complete access to the apartment. We provide starter amounts of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags shower gel, dish soap and a bottle of mineral water. Towels and bed linens are also provided. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, and pans (bring your own cooking oil and seasonings). Free WiFi We have a washer and drying clothes rack for your convenience (bring your own laundry detergent). There is ample parking at the property for as many cars as is needed. Lockbox To open: 1. Slide shutter board to reveal the dials. 2. Rotate daily to the current combination (combination is 0000). 3. Push down button bear the dials, the cover is open. 4. After closing the cover, upset your dials to protect your combination. 5. Close the shutter board. To set your combination: 1. Open the key box, leave dials at current combination 0000. 2. Push the RESET button from position A to position B. 3. Now rotate the dials to set your desired combination. 4. Push the RESET button back to position A. Now the new combination is set. 5. Close the shutter board. PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE OF YOUR KEYS. LOST KEYS INCUR A REPLACEMENT FEES. (I ADVISE YOU LEAVE KEYS IN THE LOCK BOX WHEN GOING OUT.
