On top of our personal safety equipment, this private community is guard-gated 24/7. This home is located in Penn Estates, one of the most sought-after communities in all of the Poconos. Because security is such an important issue, please be advised that you will be required to provide your photo ID and license plate number when you arrive at the entry gates. Other things to note Our home is situated within a gated community, it's a requirement for guests to fill out the Guest Registration Form. This helps ensure that the community remains secure, as the HOA needs to monitor who enters. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.
