The space - Building A historic villa in São João do Estoril, renovated to offer all the comforts of modern living while preserving its original architecture and retaining all its charm. *Construction is ongoing in a building across the street, with no estimated completion date at this time, from 08:00 am do 6:00 pm. - Bedrooms The house features four bedrooms: two with twin beds and two with double beds. All equipped with central heating and plenty of storage space. - Bathrooms Two modern bathrooms with shower and central heating and one powder room. - Living Room A spacious living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and central heating, exuding rustic charm, and opening onto a picturesque covered balcony with a dining table. - Dining Room A dining room with a spacious central table to gather and enjoy your meals. - Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
