Farmhouse, hot tub, sleeps 12 The space Maplewood Farmhouse is a lovely home on a working horse farm.  Located in Fowler, OH, about twenty minutes from Youngstown and YSU and three miles from the Youngstown Air Reserve Station.  Maplewood Farmhouse is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated and is the perfect gathering place for families.  On the main floor there is a bedroom with a king sized bed, a full bathroom, a living room with lots of natural light, a laundry room, and a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful dining room.  Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms with queen sized beds, one bedroom with a set of single bunks, and a full bathroom.  Outdoors is a lovely patio area with a hot tub and nice front yard for your enjoyment. Since we are an equine boarding facility, we ask that guests refrain from entering any of the other buildings on the farm. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. - Fire Pit will not be installed until the spring. - There are two washers and three dryers available.
