Our home features an open concept living room with a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, standard coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. To the right of the kitchen is a half bathroom and a laundry room. To the left of the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom, with a walk-in shower. Both the living room and master bedroom have walkout access to the balcony with patio seating. Heading to the lower level, is a wood-burning fireplace along with a pool table and walk-out access to the lower patio. Additional guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub are available: Lower Level Bedrooms: #1- King Bed #2 - King Bed #3- Two Bunks Beds - Twin over Full Bed Main Level: Master Suite with King Bed *This property requires a 2 or 3-night minimum stay. **4WD or AWD are highly recommended to access this property during winter/snowy months.***Note: Our home is located in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain. All guests are required to follow the HOA rules. *** Please note that this property utilizes a chairlift with a lift schedule that is subject to change. We encourage you to access the Boyne Mountain website for lift schedule as units are not always ski-in/ski-out. The Area: Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance.
