Welcome to Hooky House located on beautiful Lake Lanier in Gainsville, GA. This 4 bedroom (sleeps like a 5 bedroom) 4 bathroom home has resently been renovated and is stunning. The lake views are everywhere and with the boat dock steps away you can be on the water in no time. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking supplies from morning coffee to Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room for everyone, The game room boasts ping pong, arcade, and board games for the perfect stay. Other things to note We require a security deposit which can be one of two options: Security Deposit - Pay a $500 deposit that is REFUNDABLE if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days depending on your credit card company. Damage Waiver - Pay a $150 one-time NON-REFUNDABLE fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
