Restaurants galore and endless shopping. NEAR AIRPORTS in Newport News and Norfolk. The space This is a very comfortable 4BR/3BA large home (2,400 sq ft) with super high-speed Internet and RokuTVs. The house is on 1/3 acre in a well established neighborhood. There are two open porches and one enclosed porch for eating and lounging. Our house has an upgraded kitchen with appliances. There is a coffee bar on the counter. Plenty of space in the fridge and a large formal dining room. There are separate quarters with a private entrance that is only for owner’s use. For sleeping, we have three queen beds, one double bed, two twin beds,, two queen air beds and three single airbeds. The living room/den has a gas fireplace and a large Smart TV with remote. The master suite has a queen bed with private high end bathroom with shower that is handicap friendly. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. We also have available two queen airbeds and three single airbeds. For children, we provide a high chair, Graco Play Yard, books and toys. There are children's channels available on the Smart TV. We sanitize the house before each reservation. Guest access Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The space includes a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. There is a large screened porch with patio furniture, a second uncovered back porch with patio furniture and a large fenced in back yard. Other things to note WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE We allow one pet. The pet fee is $100 per pet, per week. Pets are not allowed on the beds, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Thank you!
