Guest access This villa is completely private and only for your use during your stay. Other things to note The guest i required to sign a form at checkin that states the rental property and off of its contents are in good order. The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking or vaping OR an unreported pet is discovered inside the home. Crib/Play pen, high chair rentals are available for $25 each / reservation. We do not supply a beach umbrella (but we do have snorkel gear and beach chairs), but these are widely available for purchase or renting
