Guest access For security reasons, the ID must be presented when entering and registering. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or have a notarized permission of the adults with whom they travel. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and Check Out must be before 11:00 AM. The property is not delivered before the stipulated schedule. If you arrive before Check In or stay after Check Out, the building cannot hold luggage. If you do not check out at 11:00 AM, a fine equal to an additional night will be charged and the grooming will be carried out. We are not liable for losses in this case. For same day reservations of Check In, the delivery of the property must be coordinated, which will be 2 hours after sending all the required information. If you come in your own vehicle, you can park inside the building at no additional cost, but you must request availability. High-cylinder mobile homes and motorcycles are not allowed in the building. They must send a photo of each guest's valid ID. 4. Pets: They are not allowed. 5. Cleaning: Cleaning after check-out is included, but daily service has an additional cost. For stays longer than 14 days, free weekly cleaning is offered. 6. Washers and Dryers: The use of washing machines and dryers is prohibited for guests. If laundry service is desired, a cleaning service must be contracted for $150,000, which includes washing up to 4 batches of clothes and general cleaning, but no change of sheets or towels (which have an additional cost).
