Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows: • -1st notice your attention is drawn • -2nd notice, there will be a power outage in the apartment • -3rd notice you will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $2,000.00mxn will be charged. 4. Broken, damaged, missing items or excess clutter in the apartment will be charged. 5. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded. 6. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building 7.
