The space Our 1,000 square foot home has a spacious and luxurious feel from its recent renovation. It’s open floor plan provides comfortable living for up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with one of the bathrooms attached to the master bedroom. The house also has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay (pots, pans, spices, flour, sugar, and other cooking essentials). There is also a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishwasher soap and hand washing dish soap are provided. The coffee bar offers a dual coffee maker for brewing a whole pot of coffee or individual k-cups. Coffee and an assortment of creamers and sugar are also provided. The cozy dining room has a table that can seat up to 6 people with additional seating at the extended kitchen counter bar area with 3 comfortable bar stools. The living room has a 55” Roku TV (we do not have live TV, satellite, or cable) and a pull out full size sofa bed. In addition to the sofa, there are 2 armchairs for seating. We also have a few board games and card games for your enjoyment on rainy days or when you just feel like having a lazy day at the house. The backyard is fully fenced-in and has a fire pit with 4 lounge chairs. The back patio also has 2 chairs with a side table. There is also a full size washer and dryer located in the single-car garage. Laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are provided. The driveway offers space for parking 2 cars in addition to the single-car garage. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and fenced backyard without any shared spaces.
