We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. • Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. • The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
