This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The rooms are all equipped with 180 x 200 cm beds and a TV. The first has its own clean shower room. Guests can take advantage of the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. A second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A separate toilet equipes the place. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and dryer... A private parking space can be booked extra at the rate of €20/day. Linens will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towels. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 15 minute walk away. Bike rental nearby (a great bike path goes all the way around the lake). Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90/person / day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled by its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Boasting a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has maintained its architectural and historical heritage. Check-ins are available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a self check-in solution cannot be found, you will be asked for an extra €20. If the place is available earlier we will be happy to host you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the same day. In the same way on the day of your checkout, a late checkout will be allowed if the accommodation is not resumed the same evening.
