The parking pad can accommodate 3 vehicles. Guest access The keypad is located at the front door for simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash can liners. We recommended you bring any additional items needed such as toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and lotion. The house address is searchable via GPS. Navigating to the house should not be a problem. Make sure to drive up the left path when coming up on the fork on Windy Farm Rd. Other things to note ***The person that made the reservation must be present at the property for the duration of reservation. *** No Parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. *** No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. *** Fireplace is not for guest use. Please use the outdoor firepit instead. *** Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shaving accessories. Shampoo and body wash are provided ***PETS We love hosting pets! However we only allow dogs up to 2 (SORRY, NO CATS ARE ALLOWED). There is a $30 per night per pet fee to cover the additional cleaning cost. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message. *** There are 3 exterior security cameras in place and they are located in the front and back entrances of the house as well as the parking area as part of the floodlight. There are no cameras within the house.
