This new listing is in the perfect location steps away from the beach and situated between Cinnamon Shore North & South. -Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction. 🌞 Private Pool with kid friendly shallow area 🌞 Beach View! 🌞 3 minute walk to beach 🌞 Golf cart accessible boardwalk right next to the house 🌞Brand NEW House The space We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. We do our best to keep sand out of the pool but because we are right next to the dunes, you inevitably will see some sand at the bottom of the pool. 🌞Four bedrooms: 2 King Beds, 1 Queen bed and a bunk room 🌞Three full bathrooms in the house and a half bath next to the pool 🌞Private cocktail pool with kid friendly shallow area 🌞Golf cart accessible boardwalk right next to the house 🌞2-3 minute walk to beach 🌞Fully stocked kitchen 🌞BBQ Grill Guest access You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad. Other things to note Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. We provide a few rolls of TP and toilet paper and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar. Towels: We do provide towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry. Parking: There is parking for three to four cars depending on the size. The HOA does not allow street parking so if you have additional vehicles, you can park them in the lot to the right as you enter the subdivision. Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and on the parking area (not by the pool!) for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera hub. Trash: There is a dumpster in our cul de sac. Please take all trash to the dumpster. Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat. If you would like to rent a golf cart, we have a partnership with Port A Carts. They will deliver and pick up for free!
