You’ll find the atmosphere to be a tranquil refuge from the busyness of the city; breezey with plenty of greenery, and ocean views from the pool deck at Casa Cruz. The apartment has a fenced yard, and a shared pool with an outdoor shower. You can easily drive to many snorkel/dive spots, such as Playa Porto Marie (15 min), and grocery stores (10 min). The space Casa Cruz is located conveniently in Groteberg- ideal for those who’d like to explore the whole island! It is a one bedroom ground floor apartment, with a separate entrance. The bedroom includes a queen bed and air conditioning and small dresser with mirror, and night stand. In the hallway there is a kitchenette including a small fridge, sink, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The other room includes a dining area, and small couch and smart TV, and wall fan. There is a full bathroom that includes a shower. Wifi works throughout the apartment and is sufficient for remote workers. All utilities are included in rental. Lastly, there is a small private fenced yard available to those staying at the apartment, surrounded by a larger fenced shared garden filled with lush plants and palm trees.
