The space This is a 3600sq/ft. house with large yard, 2 decks, hot tub, grill, outdoor furniture, 5 bedrooms, 2 office spaces and entertainment room in the basement featuring 82" TV, 8 full body recliners, pool table, hang out area and table tennis. The home itself is in private setting small quite neighborhood off the main road at the end of a private driveway and has three levels.Ev charger available from May20th Main and second level feature hard wood, white oak floors all around. **We prefer if you leave your shoes off!** House will be sparkling clean upon your arrival. Entrance door leads into semi open living/dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is featuring granite counter tops and all new appliance. Living room has brand new couch with extra large swivel chairs, electric fire place and portable A/C for the hot months. Dining room has rustic dining table fitting up to 14 people. Large french doors lead you to outside to the back deck outfitted with all new outdoors furniture, umbrella, gas grill and hot tub. ***PLEASE NO LOUD NOISE OR BIG OUTDOOR PARTIES AFTER 9 PM*** On the left side as you have entered trough the main door you will find our main floor bedroom with queen size bed and it has it's own access to the back deck Also full bath, door leading down to the basement and stair case leading up to the second floor. Goin down in the basement you will find our entertainment area with 82" TV, 8 Leather recliners, pool table, bar table and table tennis. Going upstairs, at the top to your right you will find kids bedroom with two twin beds and window A/C unit. Next bifold door with locking latch is our cleaning supply and linen closet and it is off limits. Last door to the right is a queen sized bedroom with window A/C unit. Across is our office/reading room, it has office desk, office chair, large pullout couch (queen size) and window A/C unit. This room also has access to our attic that is locked with a latch. Coming back on the hallway you will find a two sink vanity full bath with separate shower/tub and separate restroom. Last room on this hallway is our small Master bedroom with queen size bed, window A/C unit and walk in closet with direct passage trough a bifold door into the full bath. On top of the stairs to the left is the door for our large master studio. King size bed, propane fireplace (unavailable in hot months), window A/C unit, mini kitchenette with mini fridge and full bath with second set of laundry and dryer. Studio has semi separated office space with desk, office chair and pullout queen size couch. Please be aware there is only half wall separation between the office space and the bedroom. Max occupancy of the house is 14 people. The entire house is featuring tamper proof power outlets. There is plenty of parking available on the drive way, can easily fit 6 or more vehicles. Outside area has several flower bed, bird bath, large fire pit with chairs, swing set and fenced in garden where homeowners grow their own salad, spices and such Few things to note ! You can wake up every morning to see deer family spying around the property. We want you to feel like home and stay comfortable, let us know if anything is missing. We prefer if you leave your shoes off while in the house, we try to maintain sparkling clean house and protect the floor of damage. We prefer if you don't carry sharp objects or messy dinner dishes in the entertainment room, living room or any of the bedrooms or offices. And please try to keep your pets off the furniture. We suggest you don't throw a loud party outside at late nights. The house is located in private neighborhood, we love our neighbors and prefer to keep it that way! Kitchen is full with cookware and dishes in case you need to prepare a large family dinner, there are plenty of cleaning supplies and paper products. There is always towels and bed sheeting provided for the number of guest staying, some extras can be found in the laundry closets up on shelves. We provide shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and basic spices. On the main floor is located a door with code handle that leads into the garage, this is the home owners personal storage. In the entertainment room there are two doors that are access to our utilities, like electric pane, hot water heather and oil furnace, they are locked for your safety! The big kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with everything for cooking , but keep in mind the kitchenette upstairs is not equipped yet , as we don't want it to be used for now, but the sink and mini fridge. Guest access There is large asphalted area in the front yard, easily can fit 6 or more vehicles. Please be cautious when driving up and down the driveway, our neighbors got kids and pups.
