Please inform us of your arrival time 24 prior. The Bottle Creek area is just a bit off the beaten path, located near a peaceful national park area. We recommend renting a car on the island. North Caicos It is located 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible daily by 25-minute boat ride by TCI Ferry service. Currently, the airport in North Caicos is not operational for scheduled flights to the island, therefore just after you have arrived on your international flight, you need to schedule your TCI ferry reservation accordingly. The ferry runs from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - No loud music after 10 pm.
