Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a daily penalty of $500 USD for each day smoking occurs inside the villa premises. RESERVATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small island. • The villa boasts the convenience of a villa attendant available Monday through Saturday, dedicating 3-4 hours each day to your service needs. This service includes daily light housekeeping, bed and room preparation, towel replenishment, kitchen cleaning, and, in the middle of the week, fresh linens are provided (on demand, included in the price). • Security Deposit: We require a security deposit of $1,000, payable through Airbnb platform. This depositwill be refunded within 48 hours following check-out, pending no damages through the Airbnb platform. • We highly recommend hiring a travel insurance for all reservations.
