Our home is complete with 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 6.5 baths and counts three living rooms, an indoor and outdoor dining space, as well as a complete kitchen with a full fridge, oven, stove, and microwave (No ice maker). Our outdoor amenities include: - Ocean Access (Stairs lead down to the water, however, there is no sandy beach directly in-front of the property. All unlisted guests that arrive at the property after booking who are not included in the original reservation will be subject to an additional $50 nightly fee per person. To abide by all legal requirements and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass your info through our verification portal. We will also ask for a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
