The main floor includes a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker. The living room and two bedrooms open onto a large elevated deck that faces the sound. The upper floor features a lounge with a wet bar and refrigerator. The lounge and two of the bedrooms open onto a sundeck facing the sound. Guest can relax in private pool (which is heated except during December, January and February, and at other times when the air temperature is too cold for the pool heater to operate), fish or boat from the private pier, or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.
