Claim Jumper 8 is a three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom corner unit deluxe townhome that sleeps 12. Bedrooms one and two are located on the second floor, and both have king beds. Bedroom 3, which is the loft on the third floor, has twin bunk beds and two queen beds. Downstairs on the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with a queen sleeper, full kitchen, wood fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Tv/vcr/DvD, phone, and WiFi available. The High Speed WiFi makes this property a great choice for those who work remotely! The unit is non-smoking. Pets under 100 lbs. allowed with an accompanying non-refundable pet fee of $125, due at check-in. Renter must obey leash law, pick up after their pet, and will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the unit. Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is No trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. The total square footage is 1310. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
