The living room has a cozy sofa bed and a SmartTV; the kitchen has essential amenities to prepare meals for your loved ones. We have easy access to I-55, dining, and the airport. Pets are welcome with a fee. Be our guest. We would love to host you! The space Our home has two entrances from the front of the house. After climbing the exterior stairs, guests will use the entrance on the left and will use a digital keypad for entry. Step inside and enjoy the spacious living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV. Through the living room is the fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen and the dining room with a farm table. Our home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. A bedroom, one full bathroom, and a half bathroom are on the main floor. The additional bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
