The space Temporarily closed “Sunset on Madeira” was just completely renovated so everything is NEW. Just walk across the street to have your QUIET beach access with beach gear supplied for your convenience. There are so many options stretching from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach which are all within 20 minutes, or you can stay close and see the historic St. John's pass boardwalk loaded with restaurants, bars, activities, and fun for all ages. There is also the famous pirate mini golf course just steps away the condo. “Sunset on Madeira” has 2 large bedrooms each with brand new KING Casper beds. There is a smart TV in each bedroom so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. We just fully stocked the kitchen making it easy to cook your favorite meal or enjoying a relaxing cocktail after an amazing day on the beach. Your personal outdoor space just out the back door, where you can relax outside and enjoy the Florida weather. Extra amenities for guests include beach gear: chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon, and more. There is a private washer and dryer on site, and private parking for up to 4 cars with 2 available covered spots. We have a Keurig w/ a starter kit of snacks to make sure you have coffee for your first morning if you don’t have time to make it to the store. If there is anything else you need, there is a Winn-Dixie and a dollar tree walking distance, one block south. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner, and body soap. other things provided are hair dryer, iron & board, cotton balls/ q-tips, bath and beach towels. Guest access There is a front and rear entrance, both will be connected to the same door combo. Guests will have access to the whole unit as well as personal Washer/dryer. The driveway can hold up to four cars. There are two covered parking spots (#50), you can then park two cars behind if needed. Other things to note My brother who lives 10 minutes away owns the neighboring 2/1 condo. We can possibly accommodate if you want to travel with friends and family. He also owns a boat rental company, "Boat Fun In The Sun" He rents out, or can captain charter in his fleet of high end pontoon boats.
