This 8th floor penthouse suite was completely remodeled with everything built as close to US/ Canadian standards as is possible in Ecuador. We provide discounts for more than 1 week, 2 weeks or a month. We will edit the quote once a guest has inquired about the suite. Typically the daily rate is around $25 a day after the first week. Actual rate depends on season and special holidays for the period a guest is interested. The space The suite has everything you will need for your stay, just bring your clothes and bathing suit! There are unobstructed views to Mar Bravo (angry sea) on the south coast of Salinas and focused views of salinas bay, malecon (boardwalk) and beach from your living room and terrace. The beach is right across the street and you can hear the waves from your suite. Jet skis, paddle boards, water ski, banana boat, whale watching are available just down the Malecon from your casa. The suite is well appointed with ceiling fans and separate ac units for the bedroom and the main living room for your comfort. DirecTV and wifi for internet access provided at no cost. All utilities are included in the cost with no additional charges. HD led TV’s with DVD players are provided in the main living room and the bedroom for your viewing pleasure. A separate desk provided for use for your laptop. Local cell phone is provided with approximately $10 of minutes for your use. Laundry service can be arranged for additional cost. A security guard is on premises in lobby. Parking space provided if needed in the garage adjacent to building although transportation by taxi and bus is easy and inexpensive. Airport pickup by english and spanish speaking driver can be arranged at additional cost. Area Information Salinas is located approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours from Guayaquil International Airport Excellent restaurants are located within walking distance of the suite and taxis ($1.00 - $3.00) and buses ($.25) are cheap and readily available. There is an inexpensive laundry right across the street for laundry service and a small grocery store about 3 – 4 blocks away. A larger mall is available by taxi or by bus in La Libertad – about 15 minutes away. Enjoy a day excursions to San Vincente mud baths for a relaxing mud bath and massage, or whale watching excursions, surfing, diving, fishing charters etc. Guest access Full apartment and balcony.
