Located in St. Michael on Eden Lodge Hill, Gaia is an open concept haven with pallet wood and lots of light from the large windows and sliding door to the pool. The bedroom used to be our garage, hardly used, now an intimate and cosy room with walkin closet. The apartment has everything you'll want to meet your stay. Short walking distance to Warrens Massey supermarket, bank/ATM and food court. Great space for one person or a couple, or a University student. The university is close by. The space Gaia is truly unique, the bathroom has corrugated iron sheets on the bathroom wall to give you the feel of the old times with a modern touch, the open plan kitchen also has a modern look with pallets and tile tops, made by Ron. Lots of storage space. There is a separate 4 bedroom (Horizon house) above which is also on Airbnb. Completely private with your own entrance. The pool - Please do NOT use glass around the pool area. The pool is 16 ft wide by 32 ft long. Great for laps. We will leave a House manual - please go through it. For a larger family, you welcome to book - Horizon House - "Sea, Sky & Earth meeting home" IMPORTANT - If you stay is longer than one week - it is mandatory to pay directly for a cleaner to come in once a week to clean BBS$100. Guest access You welcome to access the garden, laundry area and the pool which is shared if there are guests in the main house upstairs. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note We will send and leave you a house manual so you can go through. Strictly no parties or events. Strictly no smoking inside. Please treat our place like yours, this is our home we are welcoming you to. We have no 24/7 service... its your home once you booked. And we will try our best to make it as pleasant as can be. Keep the main gate closed at all times, especially when out. Please ask for the Electric gate manual too. The gate only requires one press on the button and a few seconds wait until it completely opens. It is advised to hire a car during your stay.
