The expansive gardens boast mature seasonal fruit trees like mangoes, ackees, papayas, and avocados, attracting vibrant wildlife including parrots, chickens with their chicks, and the Cayman agouti. Indoors, the generously equipped kitchen features essential appliances, dual sinks, and a separate ice maker. A smaller kitchen table offers a casual dining spot, while a desk and chair serve as a functional workspace. For laundry needs, there's a washing machine, dryer, and the option for line drying outdoors. The dining area showcases a long table with wooden chairs, ideal for group or family meals. Please note that the shed is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please let us know if you need an earlier/later check-in or check-out time and we will do our best to assist. The house is not child-proofed, so please supervise your children, especially near the pool. The pool is cleaned a day before check-in and then every Friday. Garden maintenance occurs every other week. A 13% mandatory government tax is already included in the rate; no additional charges apply.
