Our home is situated in a serene country setting. WE ARE only a 10-minute drive or 5 miles from The Pennsylvania State University and Beaver Stadium. Our home is spacious, spanning 2800 square feet with three bedrooms, and can accommodate many guests. We offer ample parking space for campers, recreational vehicles, and cars. Our home has all the amenities for a comfortable weekend getaway at Penn State. Here on the farm, you can have the best of both worlds. Take advantage of this fantastic listing! Guest access Just a friendly reminder that check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will have full access to all parts of the home except for the garage and two closets. You are welcome to park your vehicle in the designated parking area, but please do not block the lane and use the driveway. If you have a camper, you may park it in front of the garage, but please refrain from parking on the grass. Please note that the attached garage and near by barns are not included in the rental property, so we kindly ask our guests not to access these areas. We hope you have a comfortable stay! Other things to note The check-out time is before 10:00 AM. To ensure a smooth check-out process, kindly take care of a few things before leaving. Make sure to unplug all small appliances and dispose of used coffee filters, kitchen sponges, and dirty linens in the laundry hamper. Garbage and recyclables should be placed in the appropriate trash cans located on the back deck. Any perishable food or drinks that you brought with you must be disposed of. However, unopened items, used condiments, and spices can be left behind for future guests to use. Please note that you are responsible for providing paper products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, paper utensils, laundry soap, dish soap, and personal hygiene products. Additionally, we kindly ask that you empty the dishwasher and return all dishware to their proper location. Please refrain from rearranging furniture, but if anything has been moved, kindly put it back in its original setting. Before leaving, adjust the thermostat to 72 degrees and turn off all lights and electronics. Also, remember to turn off all outside lights and lock all windows and blinds. Please leave sheets on the beds, as our cleaners will handle these. Leave all dirty towels in the laundry room hamper or load them and start the washer. Leave the key on the kitchen table. Finally, please double-check all drawers for any personal items before leaving.
