Minutes from the interstate, The Barn is tucked away from life's hectic pace and is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. This new addition combines modern amenities and rustic charm. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Feel free to roam around where we raise rabbits, ducks, and chickens. We often see deer wandering behind the pond. Relax in the cozy indoors, soak up fresh air on the porch, or build a fire in the firepit. Come, be our guest! The space This cozy efficiency apartment has a short wall separating the den/kitchenette from the bedroom. The Roku tv mounted on the wall swivels to either room. The bedroom has a California King sized bed with two night stands and a dresser. A huge walk in closet provides plenty of storage space and is big enough for a pack-n-play. The den area contains a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa and a glider. There is a built in bench on the wall in the den that contains bedding and pillows for the sleeper sofa. The bar with barstools is a great place to eat or set up for work with your computer. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster/air fryer and a mini fridge. Outside a charcoal grill is provided along with charcoal, lighter fluid and a lighter. Community Coffee, regular and decaf, pods are available for the Keurig that sits on the bar. Creamer, sugar, Truvia, and Splenda are provided. Plates, silverware, glasses, and coffee cups are available. Outside on the side porch is a deck with chairs. A charcoal grill is provided along with charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter. A fire pit is also outside accompanied by a bundle of wood for a weenier roast or a cozy fire. Guest access The bottom floor of The Barn is where you will stay. A side porch with a charcoal grill and fire pit are available to use. You are free to wonder around our property.
