The space A 3 bed/3 bath home + office space, the property comes w/ an array of elevated, high end amenities for guests to enjoy. From the hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit (right outside the master bedroom), theater room (rare for an AirBnB home) & more, this property has it all! Not to mention, mere minutes to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS! Other things to note - MID TERM/LONG TERM BOOKING NOTE: If you interested in booking the house on a monthly basis, or for multiple months, please still reach out and inquire about your desired dates even if they don't appear as available on the calendar. Long term bookings may still be considered on a case by case basis, even if the AirBnB calendar shows them as blocked off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * UNIVERSAL STUDIOS/HOLLYWOOD BOWL: Walking Distance to Universal Studios! 15 minute walk to their Lankershim Blvd. Entrance! Also, the house is within a 10 minute drive to the Hollywood Bowl, so we'd be a perfect location for any & all Hollywood Bowl events during their yearly schedule! Definitely consider staying with us while you're in town & attending a Hollywood Bowl event! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ** Per Owner's Request, any guest/booking that is staying at the home for longer than two weeks, it is preferred they allow a cleaning crew to come in every two or three weeks, to clean and tidy up the house. This is something we can help coordinate with our cleaners, but payment for this additional service would be at the guests expense. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *** NO GUEST ACCESS TO THE GARAGE: Per homeowners request. Owner is using for storage while out of state. The driveway can fit a compact size car easily, as well as provide a snug fit for most regular sized sedans & SUV's. There are also NO restrictions on street parking in the area, and street parking is plentiful usually any time of day. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **** BIDET: For guests interested in the amenity, there is a bidet in the en-suite master bathroom (should be visible in some of the listing photos). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***** HIGH CHAIR/PACK & PLAY INFO: If you are traveling with a newborn/infant/young child, and may need use of a high chair and/or a pack & play during your stay, you must request those items to be provided in the house at least a few days in advance of your check in date. If this is ignored, it's possible these items won't be available or able to be provided during your stay.
