For transparency reason we know you have a choice when you book and we want to make sure we are the right fit for you. This three level home we occupied upstairs therefore we try our hardest to honor our quiet time between the hours of (10pm and 8am ) our place is extremely quiet during quiet time after 8am we have to get ready for work and school so if you are a light sleeper you might occasionally hear movement or talking we try to avoid loud noise while we go about our daily living. If you need to sleep in this might not be the right fit for you !! however if everything sounds good to you we would love to have you thanks in advance for your understanding. Please enter through the white gate at the side of the house then proceed to the lower level deck entrance. Guest access Exclusive private entrance to two rooms, a kitchenette, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a deck all without any shared spaces. The only shared space is the driveway you will be sharing with us therefore you get one parking spot per reservation you are more than welcome to park on the side of the road if you need additional parking. Other things to note Kindly ensure that you wash the dishes used during your stay. Please note that only guests included in the reservation are allowed. Dispose of your trash in the provided trash can and place used towels in the laundry basket. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please return the keys to the lock box upon checking out. FYI we are located in a residential neighborhood therefore, before you book, please check parking availability for larger vehicles if you’re driving a TRUCK, TRACTOR, BUS, ETC. And if you’re pulling anything on your vehicle, bigger than an average SUV or CAR please inform us before you book.
