Place is within 2-3 miles of AMC, St. Peter's, UAlbany, SUNY, College of St. Rose, Washington park, Empire State Plaza, and many other establishments. Only 15 minute ride to the airport ! The space Room is with a queen size bed. The room can accomodate 2 people comfortably. Located in the downstairs unit along with the shared bath room. Guest lounge with water dispenser and limited kitchen access is also in the ground floor of the unit. Full kitchen use requires additional fees. Guest access Common area is downstairs with water dispenser and limited kitchen facilities ( full kitchen use is not allowed and subject to additional fees). Bbq grill is in the back. Smoking is only allowed outside the premises . During your stay Host or my representative is available by text and phone thru Airbnb. Other things to note The facility has an external camera in the stairwell leading to doors of the upstairs and downstairs units. No smoking in rooms. No overnight guests and visitors are limited during your stay. Trash needs to be removed by guests during checkout .
