Forget your worries in our spacious and serene space, a beautiful and sunny apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This apartment has its own private entrance attached to the house. It is handicap assessable (no steps). One bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a large living room. Couch in the living room can be pulled out into a full size bed. Spacious desk for remote workers and free guest wi-fi. Pet friendly. The space Located in a quiet neighborhood, ours is a fully furnished, cozy, and clean apartment. In a separate bedroom - which has an en-suite! - you will enjoy a comfortable sleep in (of course!) clean sheets in our Queen size bed. The Living Room and Bedroom each have a 42” HDTV w/Fire Stick. Complementary Netflix, Prime video, Disney+, Hulu, and YouTube TV are provided. Did we mention that the Living Room also has a Blue Ray Player? It does! In the full kitchen you will find a new coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots, silverware, cooking utensils, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. There is a Large desk for remote workers. The Desk lamp has two USB-A ports and a USB-C port as well as an AC outlet, all to keep your laptop and phone charged while you work. Each of the two bedroom lamps have three USB ports, an AC outlet, and a phone stand. Free street parking. Your gracious host lives on-site but resides in the main house. Guest access When you arrive, the entrance to the apartment is located on the left side of the house under the carport. An access code for the lockbox will be provided two days before check in. Instructions to open the lockbox are located inside the cover. Other things to note Bedroom has a ceiling lift with a hoya pad. Please advise host if this is needed prior to arrival.
