Welcome to “Bluegrass Retreat”, nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Frankfort, Kentucky’s capital, along the Bourbon Trail. Downtown Frankfort is only minutes away where you can enjoy a scenic walk along the river, check out the local coffee shops, or enjoy some of our award winning restaurants and distilleries close by. We are also conveniently located centrally between two of Kentucky’s horse lover’s paradises, Lexington and Louisville. The space “Bluegrass Retreat” is a three bedroom 1.5 bath home in a quiet subdivision. You will have access to the entire home as well as the large front and back yard and one car garage. Enjoy the comfort of three bedrooms offering you snug blankets and soft cotton linen. The 1.5 bathrooms offer complimentary toiletries and bath linens. Our kitchen offers all the comforts of home including quality cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cooking sheets, and Keurig.   The home features a gorgeous deck for grilling, hot tub relaxation, sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a cocktail or iced tea as the sun goes to sleep for the evening. It is also a great spot to reading your favorite book or star gaze. While here at “The Bluegrass Retreat’, enjoy watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen, or play cards at the dining room table. Our spacious back yard is also a great place to toss a football or try your luck at a local favorite, Corn Hole. Enjoy s’mores and hot chocolate around the fire pit. We have a pack n play and kids activity pack upon request. Other things to note Hot Tub Rules: ***Maximum Occupancy*** Limit hot tub use to 6 people at a time ***Shower Before Use*** Rinse off to remove lotions, oils, or dirt to maintain water quality. ***Absolutely NO Glassware*** Only use plastic cups or containers in and around the hot tub to avoid breakage and safety hazards. ***Children Supervision*** Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. ***General rules and Temperature*** Do not adjust the water temperature above 104°F. Turn Off Jets and Cover After Use Always turn off the jets and securely replace the hot tub cover when done to conserve energy and keep the water clean. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub. Do not add bubble baths, oils, or other substances to the water.
