Guest access Guests have access to the full house, except for two locked closets in the laundry room for maid supplies. The neighborhood is gated. The front door is controlled by a smart lock. The garage door is controlled by a smart keypad or via the MyQ app (optional). All of the codes will be set the morning of check in. We do not have a checkout cleaning list. We simply ask that you enjoy your stay. If you need them, cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen sink. A vaccum is in the front hall closet and brooms are located in the garage. Parking - 2 spots - In-Garage parking spots 2 spots - driveway spots Smart access to the garage is provided via the Garage Keypad and the MyQ app (optional). Parking in the street is NOT allowed by the HOA. They do enforce this rule and can tow your car. The neighborhood's fire hydrant is in our front yard, making this doubly important. The neighborhood has a community pool and playground. Access to these is limited to long term (over 6 months) tenants and to the summer months. Other things to note We firmly believe you should enjoy your trip and stay. We don’t ask you to spend time on extensive cleaning chores. We do not have a checkout list and simply ask you to be sure to gather up your belongings and lock the door when you leave. The hot tub* is open year-round and included in the booking price. *The Hot Tub can not be used if the temperatures are below freezing. At that time the system goes into freeze protection mode. Please keep this in mind when traveling during the winter months. The hot tub area is accessible through the home’s back door. A door alarm is provided to help families monitor door activity when traveling with children. The neighborhood is a quiet family community with a community pool. The pool is only available to guests staying over 6 months and is only open in the summertime. If you are visiting during the Holiday season, we do decorate the house for fall and Christmas with touches of seasonal decor. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have alternate religious/decor preferences.
